1 Service Overview & Infrastructure Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vinagold's Facebook Agency Ad Account infrastructure services ("Services"). By renting an account, funding ad spend, or interacting with our technical dispatchers, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2 15-Minute Hot-Swap Replacement SLA Guarantee

15-Minute SLA Benchmark:

In the event that an active ad account experiences a restriction or disablement not caused by prohibited criminal activity, our on-duty senior technical dispatchers guarantee the issuance of a pre-warmed, whitelisted reserve replacement account within 15 minutes of notification during active monitoring windows.

3 24-Hour Balance Withdrawal & Zero Lock-In SLA

We respect your working capital and enforce complete liquidity freedom:

6 Acceptable Use Policy & Advertiser Standards

To preserve the high-trust whitelisted status of our agency Business Managers, all advertisers must adhere to standard advertising integrity:

Supported categories: E-Commerce, Dropshipping, POD, Gaming/Apps, SaaS, Lead Gen, Real Estate, Crypto/Web3, Nutra & Supplements.
Strictly prohibited: Explicit fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized counterfeit products, or violent/illicit materials. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

7 Mutual Non-Disclosure & IP Ownership

Vinagold warrants that all client creative assets, funnels, copy, ad spend data, and audience targeting parameters remain the exclusive intellectual property of the advertiser. We maintain strict non-compete confidentiality under our mutual NDA policy.
